YOUTH MINISTRY

Clean, safe, and well-staffed nursery care is available for children ages 0-36 months. The nursery is located to the left of the auditorium and check-in begins 10 minutes before each service. We understand that you are entrusting us with one of God’s biggest blessings, and we do not take it lightly.

The Children’s ministry of MBC is one of the fastest growing groups in our church! Through Sunday AM Connection Groups, Junior Church on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights as well as Kids Choir during Sunday Evening Service, your kiddos will have several opportunities to be immersed in the Word.

We meet Sundays at 9:30 for Connection Groups and Wednesdays @ 6:30 for Youth Group. We have regular youth activities, opportunities for service in both the church and community, as well as attending yearly camps and retreats, along with our VBS.

Being used by God in His church to influence the lives of our children is one of the most rewarding aspects of church ministry. We wish that every member would find an area that they fit in and serve at MBC. Memorial Baptist Church seeks to provide a safe and secure environment for the children who participate in our programs and activities. ADULT MINISTRY

Through monthly bible study, prayer and personal accountability, the Journeymen ministry provides a place where men can be real with a few other men, grow in their walk with the Lord and use their gifts and abilities to help the church and community around them. Whether you’re a project manager, construction worker, IT specialist or somewhere in between, we are a church that is at the inception of a building renewal project and the Journeymen are at the helm of this task.

Through prayerfully planned activities, bible studies and yearly events, the Peacemaker’s ministry of MBC is for all adult ladies, ages 18 and up. We desire to empower women in our church to live out their current life-stage with a strong emphasis on daily application of the Word of God. Whether you’re single, divorced or married, mother of toddlers, or granny of teens, you’ll be welcomed, edified, and equipped at MBC. We want to be a light in our community, and to do that, we need to be a light to each other!

Named for the Bible character Caleb—who at the age of 85 said, “I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now…. Now therefore give me this mountain”, Caleb’s Kin is for ladies and men ages 55 and up. We meet for lunch the first Tuesday of every month, as well as having regularly scheduled fellowships. We hope you’ll join us- bring a friend or neighbor!

MUSIC MINISTRY:

Whether it’s through accompanying with your instrument during worship, singing before a message or even in one of our seasonal choirs, the music at MBC has one purpose- to point people to the Cross in such a way that their hearts may be softened towards the message of God’s word. We sing and play a blend of traditional and newer hymns, as well as Christ-centered gospel songs.
