MBC Teens

At Memorial Baptist Church, our Youth Ministry, led by Ed and Leah Force, is dedicated to guiding teens in developing a meaningful walk with God that profoundly influences their actions and reactions to life’s challenges. Whether your teen is in public, private, or homeschooling, our mission is to equip them to live for Christ in today’s society, allowing His light to shine through their unique gifts, talents, and abilities.

Join us as we journey together, providing a supportive community where teens can grow spiritually, engage in meaningful service, and build lasting friendships. At Memorial Baptist Church, we are committed to nurturing the next generation to be confident and compassionate followers of Christ.

Weekly Guidance and Growth:

Every Wednesday, our teens gather at 6:30 PM for Youth Group, where they receive practical tips and tools to navigate the challenges of daily life, all aimed at building a personal, lasting relationship with Christ. Our focus is on providing practical wisdom that will help them throughout the week.

Connection Groups:

On Sundays at 9:30 AM, we meet for Connection Groups, fostering a sense of community and offering a platform for discussion and growth in a supportive environment.

Diverse Activities and Opportunities:

Beyond regular meetings, our Youth Ministry organizes various activities, including opportunities for service within the church and the broader community. We believe in the transformative power of service and encourage our teens to actively contribute to the well-being of others.

Yearly Camps and Retreats:

Our teens have the chance to attend yearly camps and retreats, creating memorable experiences that deepen their faith and strengthen their sense of community.

Clean, safe, and well-staffed nursery care is available for children ages 0-36 months. The nursery is located to the left of the auditorium and check-in begins 10 minutes before each service. We understand that you are entrusting us with one of God’s biggest blessings, and we do not take it lightly.

The Children’s ministry of MBC is one of the fastest growing groups in our church! Through Sunday AM Connection Groups, Junior Church on Sunday mornings & Wednesday nights as well as Kids Choir during Sunday Evening Service, your kiddos will have several opportunities to be immersed in the Word. Each week you’ll receive communication on how you can take what we’ve taught your kids during church and apply it at home.

Each summer, your older kids will have an opportunity to attend summer camp, as well as participating in VBS.

Being used by God in His church to influence the lives of our children is one of the most rewarding aspects of church ministry. We wish that every member would find an area that they fit in and serve at MBC. Memorial Baptist Church seeks to provide a safe and secure environment for the children who participate in our programs and activities.
