There is no cost to this event, but we do ask that you register!
Children will be divided up into groups based upon their age. Each group will have an adult teacher, as well as several group helpers. All of our workers have taken a background check & child care safety class prior to working with children.
What should my child wear?
Dark t-shirt & athletic style shorts along with water-type shoes that they can wear throughout the evening. They should also bring a towel! There will NOT be a place to change after the event, so bring some garbage bags for them to sit on for the car ride home.
Will you provide a snack?
Yes! We’ll be having an ice scream sundae bar(no nuts). Be sure to mark down any allergies your kiddos may have on our registration page.
Do you have a nurse on site?
Yes! We’ll have an on-site registered nurse for the duration of the Water Wars.
What time is drop off & pick up?
Water Wars is from 1pm-3pm, but we’d ask that you bring your children by 12:30pm for registration at the entrance of the church. Pick up will be at the back of the church parking lot at 3pm.
Where are you located?
We are located just off of Meridian Rd. If you’re coming from the east side, we are about 15-25 minutes from Riverside/Alpine. If you’re coming from Auburn/Kilburn or the Winnebago Corners, we are about 7 minutes from either area.
Can my child bring a phone, electronic devices or other valuables?
We would strongly encourage against it, as there is no one to hold their phones, and it is a water-based event. MBC will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
